Forum Title: Does Paying for Blueprint take off make sense?
Been in the business a few years now. Considering possibly making a switch from the everyday grind of estimating/managing/bidding to helping other companies in the area take some of the burden off them in the bidding process by doing blueprint takeoff consulting/estimating service. I know this is one of the biggest things that is holding me back from expanding and think I can be a great resource to others having the same struggles I have (there is only so much time in the day) What do you guys think of that kind of service? Is it something that you think would worthwhile? What would be the concerns you would have. I know mine would be relinquishing some control.

It would be hard for me to trust the service. I've been using PEP cloud. Im getting better at it, as it is a learning curve, but it makes things easy, if you have the measurements available.
