Forum Title: PT Fence in Central Florida

My parents put up a new PT fence about 5 months ago in Palm Bay Florida. It's still unfinished. I'm down here for the week visiting and trying to help them hire a painter that will do a good job and apply a good product. I was thinking a power-wash and 1 coat of semi-transparent oil stain. Both sides of the fence measures a total of 480 linear feet, 2,900 square feet or (30) 8' x 6' sections. Time wise I'm thinking 2 guys a half day to power wash and 2 guys a full day to spray. I figure this will need to be done every year so I'm trying to get my hands around the labor. Are these labor estimates reasonable and is a semi-transparent oil stain sprayed the right product? Any Florida painters in the area interested?
